Spring Into Easter
To shift seasonal Easter sales for Hershey at CVS, we needed to get Hershey's Easter Candy—particularly the CVS Exclusive, REESE'S Clusters—into shoppers' baskets. We needed to make seasonal shopping part of the routine shopping trip, which resulted in our Spring into Easter and Save campaign.
Through our 360-approach incorporating custom content and animations highlighting exclusive products and deals, we engaged shoppers when and where they were accustomed to receiving ExtraCare offers, with savings that evolved over the weeks leading up to Easter, inspiring urgency and usage to keep them engaged throughout the season.
Thanks to our program, our client surpassed all goals (site-traffic, offer-redemption, share-of-season and basket size) and the REESE'S Cluster was the #1 new seasonal item for the Easter season.
