To reaffirm Hershey's as a category leader at CVS, our omni-channel Seal It With A Kiss campaign targeted the Festive Fanatic shopper, leveraging a Hershey's Kiss exclusive at CVS, to get KISSES on our shopper’s last-minute list and Hershey’s in her basket.
With messaging and inspiration the evolved over the course of the holiday season, we connected with our target throughout the season, reminding her to make Kissmas Gift KISSES a part of her holiday. Our program delivered: scoring incremental placement and retailer social support, outperforming all digital engagement benchmarks. We increased Hershey's share of category and Kissmas Gift KISSES were the #1 new item for the season.
